Awardlet sells one-time generation work. These launch terms explain customer responsibilities, delivery, and recovery boundaries.

Purchases and delivery
Prices and the two included comparison options are disclosed before checkout. Payment is handled by a secure payment service. A successful payment does not by itself prove that generation finished; Awardlet preserves the order and provides retry or support guidance when delivery fails.
Your content
You must have the right to submit your prompt and use requested names, logos, brands, or characters. Do not request unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content. AI safety systems may reject a request.
Generated results
AI-generated outputs can be imperfect or resemble common visual concepts. Review every badge before publishing it. You are responsible for checking suitability, accessibility, legal rights, and platform rules for your use.
Failures and refunds
Use the in-product retry action only when offered. For a terminal failure or unavailable file, contact support with the order reference. Refund eligibility requires an operator decision; the app does not initiate a refund automatically.
